Emacs Configuration File for SKILL

Hi all,

I am looking for the Emacs configuration file for SKILL. If anyone
has any info please reply.

Thankyou

I have an copy of the old xemacs skill mode, but it is buggy in the new
versions of xemacs. It crashes periodically, especially with "blinking
paren" mode activated.

If someone has a newer version that has been modified to work with
xemacs 21, I would also be interested in getting a copy of that.

I'll post the old one, if nobody has a newer one.

thanks,

Trevor

For 2 days only (because it will get deleted after that), I've put:

ftp://ftp.cadence.com/public/andrewb/skillmode5.tar.gz

which is the latest version I have. I believe this works with xemacs 21.

Andrew.

ack! This is what I get for not reading the newsgroup for a week. Any
chance of putting it up again? Is there a reason for not making it
more generally available like via a sourceforge download?

Thanks

It's back in the same place again.

I don't think I can make it generally available (it was written by somebody
outside of Cadence), and we don't have the source code anyway.

One of my colleagues got it working some time back in later xemacs versions by
doing a binary hack on the files...

Andrew.
