Eliminate current vs voltage phase different in AC inductive

Hi Everyone,

I would really appreciate your help. I have an AC inductive load
circuit which the
current which is 40 degrees ahead of the ac voltage. Can anyone
describe/show a circuit to eliminate this phase difference. Thanks a
lot.
