Electronics World 1999 article wanted

A switch mode, 400 Hz three phase inverter for use with avionics
was published in "Electronics World " in the February 1999 issue, p127.
Does anyone have that issue in their archive and is willing to scan and
e-mail it to me, please?

No idea of what you are trying to do, but some industrial variable

frequency drive controllers will quite happily run at 400Hz And some will
accept external DC supply.
