Electronic Engine Management

[Skoda Fan]

Hi,
I wonder if anyone could

a) Identify this component:
Markings

B57513
8BD509 (on another 1 it has 8AG440, so possibly batch number?)
ST SING (Presumably made by SGS Thomson in their Singapore plant)
It is in a T220 case.

I have e-mailed ST, both in the UK & the States, but been ignored.

and

b) Provide me with any information (cct diags would be most
appreciated) regarding the Bosch Engine Management (or Control) Unit
from which it came.

The markings are:

0 261 203 964 (This accompanies a bar code)

19.01.95

26SA0000

1736 1893

441.0.4046-028.6

I have e-mailed Bosch for information, but have not yet had a reply.
