Electronic components on-line store within Europe?

Dear all,

I live in Middle-East Europe where components distributors are not very
amateur oriented. That is why I'm looking for a on-line store with wide
range of electronic components so I can buy sample quantities of
semiconductor products. As an example I can point Samsung KS0127B
multistandard video decoder - I can't get it anywhere here.
Can anyone advice me a good place in the net to buy such products?

usually pretty good for odd stuff.
