Electrolytic question

This a strange question coming from me, I should know better.


But is a can type electrolytic capacitor with tags on it, on average any
better than the equivalent size with wires for the leads?
Apart from the ripple factor.

I would expect them to be the same, other than the shape.

They would be exactly the same, as long as their voltage and uF are of the
same amount. The only difference would be the physical design.
