I used to have several electrofisher devices. Basically, they were
battery or generator driven AC sources with variable voltage. You
should be able to Google it.

BTW, (1) in NY and most of the north-east, you need a scientific
collectors license and (2) make sure there are no leaks in your
chest-waders. ;-)
