Electric bed motor/mechanism source?

Hi,
I am looking at converting an existing bed (iron frame) into a motorised bed
for a disabled friend.
I was wondering if someone could tell me where to buy the suitable
motor/mechanism?

As an alternative to building the bed, check out some of the larger
auction houses. Periodically the various hospitals sell their old beds
by auction and for some reason they never fetch high prices, at least in
my area.
