I don't have any special electrical equipment, What is the eisest way to rig
up a carbattery-recharger/powerpack look alike?

Used gear is dirt cheap.
Determine the specs you need and go to ebay.

Or, you could perhaps use an automotive battery charger or build a power
supply.
