As there are some very interesting Electronic related videos on line right now, I felt it was a good time to mention
Dave Jones EEVblog.

And it is raining in Melbourne, so I can't get out for my hour walk at 06:00. :-(

Dave churns his videos out at a rate that I really have trouble keeping on top of, but I do my best.

he has two featured right at the top of:
http://www.eevblog.com/
right now that I found extremely informative.

==========

Presentation: Sparkfun’s Nathan Seidle
Sparkfun’s Nathan Seidle gave an excellent talk on Sparkfun’s history at a Google conference.

Nathan gives an insight into how he started a multi-million dollar Electronics kit and component company, from his
bedroom in 2003, through to how he gave away $100,000 worth of goods as a customer bonus, in one day in Dec 2009. And he
covers many interesting and amusing stories in between. I had to crank the sound right up for this one. 47 minutes.

==========

If you are interested in PCB design in any way, shape, or form, Dave gives a pretty good run down for novices as well as
new ideas for old engineers.

EEVblog #127 – PCB Design For Manufacture Tutorial
50 minutes.

:)
I forgot to mention, their free day last year ended up being 1 hour and 44 minutes to give away the $100K.

And Next year:
We are going to be giving away $150,000 to users and potentially $30,000 to charity. Our Goal: Get as many new people
introduced to SparkFun as possible.

Cheers Don...

From my perspective I'm hardly churning them out, I think about one
every 4-5 days on average since the start.

That might start to increase if I had more time to work on it, like if
the blog became my full time job (which is possible).

But if you go full-time, what will you rant about when you no longer have
the pleasure of interacting with marketing, managers, suppliers and so
forth?
