What do you call those delicate looking ear pieces that look like two
silicone umbrellas where they go in the ears?

When I put earbuds I get these

I mean something (near as I can draw it) like this that they use on some
hearing aids.

Try plugphones or plugfones.

If you're after something which fits snugly in your ear (presumably for use
whilst riding?), look for Koss "The Plug" earphones - they have a material
similar to what you find in ear plugs, which moulds to your ear to block
(most) external sound out and keep them snugly in place.

I've used them in the past when riding to/from the city for work, and they
were fantastic - block out just enough road noise without masking emergency
vehicle sirens or the like.

I ordered mine directly from Koss (as they weren't available anywhere else
at the time);

These days you can get them through eBay too;

The only reason I stopped using them is because I got a Cardo Scala Rider Q2
(which incidentally does a brilliant job of suppressing wind noise through
the microphone at up to 80Km/h with my open-face helmet).

I got some like this but they still seem to big, must have small hole in
ear, do not want foam ones.

I do not want them exclusively for the bike but I want them to stay in.
I wish I could get ones like the ones found in some hearing aids, they
are probably made but I do not know what to call them which
differentiates them from the others
