dvd recorder/no sound

not sure if this is the right place to post..i bought a ld DR87T dvd
recorder..everything seems to work great, except i get no sound from the tv
when in dvd mode (tv/dvd)...it plays dvd's fine not sure whats going on...it
has coaxial inputs. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Does it do the same with a DVD from commerce (wich you buy, and on wich

there is a movie), or is it only on the DVDs you record ?
