Drop In Replacement IC

I am working on a project that requires an outdated part.

CA3237E IC

It's a standard remote control amplifier/pre-amplifier and is
likely a commodity part.

Can anyone tell me of a drop in replacement?

Thank you.

Thank you, Don.

Near as I can tell from my project schematic, that looks like a
complete drop in replacement for the CA3237E.
No re-rerouting of the PCB appears to be necessary.

I would not have thought it likely, but there it is.

Thank you once again.
