DRC - offgrid

Hi,

I need a DRC checking code that can check if there are any vias that
are offgrrid. I do not know what can check offgrid. Any help will be
very appreciated.

All the DRC tools (Diva, Dracula, Assura, PVS) can check for layers
being offGrid.
