I should point out that Cadence has not dropped support for Dracula. Cadence has Chameleon for fracturing: http://www.cadence.com/datasheets/4805_Chameleon_DSfnl_LTR.pdf Many people use CATS software from Synopsys. I don't know what is the most commonly used.
