I am trying to run a Dracula LVS job, but I keep getting these weird LVS
errors that I have no idea what is going on. Here is one sample.
?DEV8 MOS P ---- XMPPD-MM0 : ***** UN-MATCHED *****
BYPH, ?VDD, NET0117
***** UN-MATCHED ***** : ?DEV7 MOS P
: X=503.00 Y=5780.50
BYPH, VDD!, NET0117
So I add to the existing .EQUIV statement: VDD=VDD!
?DEV8 MOS P ---- XMPPD-MM0 : ***** UN-MATCHED *****
BYPH, ?VDD, NET0117
***** UN-MATCHED ***** : ?DEV7 MOS P
: X=503.00 Y=5780.50
BYPH, VDD, NET0117
Now I'm stumped. The .EQUIV should resolve this, right? If I'm reading
this correctly, schematic side wants a net VDD but cannot find it in
layout. Layout side there is a device that has VDD but there is no
schematic reference for it at all...
I have looked at the device, and it looks fine. Any clues as to what is
going on?
