Dontronics DT006 and 24C02 EEPROM

Hi

I purchased a DT006 a while ago, never actually used it.
Can I use it to program a 24c02 eeprom ?
If yes can somebody kindly give me a few basic steps on how to ?
What software can I use to program eeproms with it ? (PonyProg on win2k ?)
