I can see that Spectre supports -rawfmt=nutbin,sst2,psfbin,wsfbin etc.
but I see nothing of tr0.

Does Spectre support tr0 format?

Googling like crazy, it looks like Spectre does not support Hspice format.

It does, it will output the ASCII form of tr0. From "spectre -h" :

* -format fmt Outputs raw data in the format `fmt'. You may use `-f'
as an abbreviation of `-format'.Possible values for `fmt' are
nutbin, nutascii, wsfbin, wsfascii, psfbin, psfascii,
psfbinf, psfxl, awb, sst2, fsdb, wdf, uwi, and tr0ascii.

So you can pick "-f tr0ascii"

Andrew.
