Does 2102 = 21021?**

Hiya!

I recently received a batch of RAM chips, that the seller described as 2102.

However, they are marked F21021PC - are these equivalent, or a
completely different things? Does anyone have a datasheet on the 21021?
I've searched the net and found no data, just people selling them.

Yours, Mark.

**Subject line presumes infinity is fixed, therefore 2+2=5 etc... :)

maybe it's a typo.

No, he knew that 2102 are used in vids, and put that in the subject
line. I don't think he was pulling a fast one, just genuinely read them
off the chip wrong.

Hey Mark!

I've got access to IHS so I can check for you tomorrow.

Cheers!

I have the Fairchild data sheet for the F2102-1, as well as 2102-2 etc.
(1024X1 Static Ram)

Hiya!

Any chance of scanning it and emailing it across? Don't worry about the
waveform pages, jus the main info and pinout pages.

Does it mention a 21021?

Yours, Mark.

I found a datasheet thanks to a helpful soul on the NG, and the answer
is yes, it's a 450ns access version of the 2102.
