Hi,
could somebody help me find a high-speed (1ns rise/fall or better)
single-supply (5V) comparator, preferably with ECL output? Programmable
hysteresis would be great.
The high-speed devices I've come across so far all require a dual
+5V/-5V supply. The single-supply MAX961, on the other hand, has
rise/fall times of 2.3ns.
TIA,
Martin.
