DMM TENMA 72-7755 failure when cold

Hello everybody

I've found an issue with my DMM TENMA 72-7755.
When external temperature is below around 10°C it doesn't power on :
LCD begins to lit on but finally slowly stops and the DMM doesn't
beep.

Of course battery cell is correct and after a few minutes at higher
ambient temperature it runs correctly.

Anybody has the schematic of this device.
I guess some capacitor may be particulary sensitive to temperature but
without original value I'm sure to replace it.

Thanks in advance

All the digital parts should handle that temperature fine, only
the battery (electrochemistry) and LCD contrast (again,
electrochemistry) are likely to change.

Keep the DMM inside your jacket until it's time to use it.

And then theres the old cold spray method :)
