Display Surveiillance Camera on Notebook

HI all,
A friend wants to display the output of a CCD surveillance camera
on his Toshiba Tecra notebook. Output is standard composite video. Sound
is not important.
I'd appreciate any suggestions on how to do this.

USB video capture device would be the easiest way.

USB video capture device would be the easiest way.
