Save a custom display.drf file and
put the following SKILL cmd in your local .cdsinit file,
this should work.

drLoadDrf(
t_filename
[ g_askToSave ]
)
=> t | nil

Loads the display resource file (usually called display.drf) from any location.

This would be by setting cdsenv settings. Set things the way you like, and
then do an Options->Save Defaults in the CIW (I think that's what the menu is
called), and save a .cdsenv file in your home dir.

Andrew.

In your layout editor, there is
- a menu called options
- a submenu called display
This a pops a form up on your screen
- at the bottom left of this form, there is a button labelled "save to"

Did you try this ?

if yes , what is actually your problem ? Give more details.
if not , don 't you think you have wasted your time and others ?
