I have an unserviceable diode which has the number F6803R7229 . Can
anyone help to find an equivalent component? It is a stud diode which
was mounted on a the same heat sink as a 16A 600V SCR so I am assuming
that it may be a 16A diode.The unit is part of the voltage regulator
from Dale Electrics 89KVA alternator. Can anyone help?
