Digital Circuit Testing

Currently I am working with digital logic circuits and I am looking
for test equipment to test my circuit with.

I have seen some circuits with includes Led's, clock, and switches for
testing such circuits but I dont know if these are ready made in the
market to purchase. Could someone help me with this issue.
