Digistrobe from Power Instrumnts

Looking for repair info. Like a schematic. The digitl display lights up but no strobe. Probably vintage about 1964. No other model number or S/N just Digistrobe.
Two circuit boards, one for the display and frequency cintrol.
Another board has the strobe lamp plugged into an octal socket and some trigger circuitry. Two bad electrolytic caps. Voltage doubler maybe. The unit was stored for about three years and the caps failed after storage. Maybe just old caps but maybe something more.
Powwer instruments sold out to Ametek a long time ago so no help there.
Does anyone have any info on the Digistrobe.

One thing to check is there has not been arcing inside the lamp holder, as
tended to be bakelite in that era leading to a conductive track , as not
ceramic then
