Diff Pair routing in 14.2

Having a hard time getting 6 spacing between traces on a 45 degree angle.
Any of you know a good trick or two?
I have 6 spacing but the angles are getting 6.0056 at a .01 .01 grid

What resolution are you generating your gerbers at? If the resolution is 2.5 (a
reasonable number), that means anything less than .01 mil is not going to the
plotter. Hell, just film stretch alone will change more than .0056 mil
