Developing a Complex SoC, needing a team..any Help??

hi guys, this is ranbir here. my client is looking to develop complex
SoC for CDMA based mobile handsets.
we need an entire team to design and market it.

anybody outthere who can help me out in this??

How do you plan to run this project?
As a world-wide distributed project (like Linux) or
do you plan to gather the team in a town somewhere?
And what kind of economical model do you have in mind?
