efforts tend to make designs very sensitive to everything in the
manufacturing process going just right.

Delta is a well-established Taiwanese company.
A friend had a Mac/ Delta supply that was being recalled. HersIf there's a genuine design fault, the approvals process *should* have picked it up.
I'm wondering what 'overheat' means in the context of the supplied link.
