Dell 1028L monitor ( Philips CM6800 chassis)

I own a broken-down Dell 1028L monitor (Philips CM6800 chassis).
Power supply seems OK. CRT high voltage is good. But no H & V scan.
Can somebody help me with the schematic or a good idea.
