Hi!
I am looking for the data sheet or pinout information of
this Dynamic Ram ľPD4168 from Nec Electronics (manufactured before
'1984)
The only thing I know is that it is a 64KBits DRAM with organization
of 8kx8k and 5 Volts Voltage and 120ns Access Time.
It might be equivalent to Intel D2086 and Inmos MS2630.
It is part from the video board of a Minitel manufactured by Alcatel.
