Datasheet needed OKI M6115

Hello,

I'm looking for the datasheet for the M6115 chip. It's an 20 years old
LCD controller made by OKI. Can anyone help?

My experience with OKI is that they dump the data from their website

when they discontinue the part. However a lot of their LCD stuff
involves virtually no change, so you can often work out the function
from a similar part number or series, failing that old data books. Do
you know anything else to give us a clue?

I just started to draw a schematic of the LCD board to get more
information about this chip, and discovered a leaking electrolytic
capacitor. Replacing it fixed the problem, so the datasheet isn't
needed any more. It turned out to be a too low contrast voltage.
