Datasheet for Mitsubishi M5M5256 SRAM

I'm trying to get a datasheet for the Mitsubishi part M5M5256CFP-70, a
SRAM chip.

It's not on Mitsubishi's site any more and I've tried Googling (and
dogpiling, and yahooing etc etc), even emailing Mitsubishi who don't
seem interested, maybe because I'm just an amateur who has a dozen of
these to use, if I can work out how!

Please help,
Rick.

My 1990 IC master lists 40! different equivalents.
Some of the highlights

Hitachi HM61256, HM62256,
National NM44251
OKI MSM51257
Samsung KS62256
Toshiba TC55257

Off the top of my head, this must be a jellybean 32k by 8 static ram.

That's really helpful. I'd tried to find equivalents as well, but
didn't.

I mainly just need the pinout, it won't be in a critical design, so
I'll look up data for the parts you mention.

Many thanks,
Rick.
