Datasheet for intersil and harris CDP65C51AE4, thanks!

Hello guys,

I am looking for the datasheets of Intersil and Harris CDP65C51 uart
chips. We were using Intersil CDP65C51AE4 previously and it worked
well. But after we replaced it with Harris CDP65C51AE4, a lot of them
do not work well on our boards. I tried to search for the datasheets
and figure out the difference between these two. But could not find
what I wanted.

Can anyone tell me where I could find the data sheets of these two
chips? Or is there some good replacement for the Intersil CDP65C51AE4?

Harris spun off their semiconductor line under the Intersil name, so
any Harris parts you find are old stock. In other words, it is the same
part from the same line at different times but with them being old parts
you don't know how they have been handled or stored.

If you have an account with Partminer / Freetradezone, they probably
have the older data sheet.
