Tring to find datasheet or equivalents for the following 2 diodes. They
appear to be zenors.

BZV47C24 (ST microelectronics)

CI5PH

I've tried every search engine and database imaginable but nothing turns up.
I can't find any listing on ST's site either.

thanx,
John

Not zenors. Zeners.

BZV47C24 (ST microelectronics)
24 volts zener, AFAIK. Sorry but I can't help you more because I've never heard
of this diode.

Google says this is a 2W 24V zener.

C15 = 15V ?, PH = Philips?

As for the CI5PH - there's a typo. It is C1PH
(C one 5PH). Go to:
http://www.anatekcorp.com/faq/applianc.htm

then search in page for C15PH

Try it again. It works for me both ways - clicking on it

I hate it when that happens. :-(

It works perfectly for me on both Netscape 4.75 and Netscape 6
on this machine, and on Internet Explorer 6.0 on another machine.
I just tried it again on all three. You do need a plug-in for
..pdf files - could that be the problem? Also, pay attention
to the capital letters if you type it in. If you use bz47 instead
of BZ47, it won't work.

You could try to Google bzv47c. I just did that, and the
3rd item on the first search results page is titles
2W ZENER DIODES and points to the url I posted.

Worst case - if you can't get it to work, I can try to
download it and E-mail the file to you.

I'm using Opera 7.11 and I'm clicking on the URL, so there is no
possibility of a transcription error. In any case, I've just tried the
link again and it works this time. Must have been a problem at the
other end.
