Datasheet for C1473HA, anybody?

I found it in a remote control; it is a part of the IR reciever (the
remote works both ways). (Used to be) made by NEC, might be called
uPC1473 or C1473. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Nope, its an IC (in a single-in-line package). I am quite sure its a
filterless preamp for the IR reciver in the remote but I would like to
know the pinout/specs to reengineer the darn thing. The manufacturer
is definitely NEC. I could not find anything about this chip on their
web page. Thanks for the reply, anyway.
