Dear all,

I am repairing an iilyama monitor and the powersupply doesn't function
propperly.
I suspect a voltage detector reset circuit bu t i need a datasheet of it.
The part number is M51953B produced by mnitsubishi (no datasheet
available on their site)

TnX in advance,
Cees

This part is designed to monitor a +5V supply and to reset a uP when
it falls below 4.25V.

There are two package styles, SIP-5 and DIP-8. The pins are Supply,
Ground, Output (OC for -B parts), and Delay Capacitor. The reset
output is active low.

A datasheet is available from http://www.freetradezone.com.
Registration is free.
