Daewoo Fridge breakdown

I own a Daewoo Refrigerator FR580 NT

The compressor of the fridge has burnt out and even after repeated
repairs is not working. I would like to find an Indian made compressor
to this fridge.

I would like to know:
1. Horsepower to be selected
2. Is Oil cooling required for the compressor?

If your fridge is under warranty go there.
If it's older and out of warranty it usually doesn't make economic
sense to replace the heart of the item which is the compressor.
Modifying the produce with a compressor of a different brand could be
even more difficult. Start by talking to the service people who will
be installing or servicing your equipment and ask them to find another
source for parts than the original.
The best thing would be to shop for a new fridge.
