D4364 and TC5518 memory ICs?

I'm sure both of these are static RAM chips - can somebody
crossreference them to something else though and/or give me a pinout?

The TC5518's a Toshiba part but info seems very thin on the ground.

I have a whole pile of the NEC 4364 chips, and imagine they follow a
common pinout and organisation. I expect they're pin-compatible with some
of the other static RAMs that I have spare.

cheers!

You can get the TC5518 datasheet here:

If it helps, that's a uPD4364.

UPD4364C-15L Static RAM:
Manufacturer: NEC.
Bit size: 64K.
Organisation: 8192 x 8.
Fabrication: CMOS.
Access time: 150ns.
Supply voltage: 5v.
Pins: 28.

That is taken from an old catalogue and is all the data it gives.
