Cypress claims CapSense trademark victory in Europe

<p>Cypress Semiconductor says that the European Uniona s trademark registry, the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market , has told it that its attempt to register its CapSense trademark in the EU was unfairly impeded by a rival firm.</p>
