CTC197 Keeps blowing H output transistor?

I have a CTC197AK2 horizontal output transistor keeps blowing, and I
could really use some help!!
I have already replaced the flyback transformer, with part number
237506 and R14704 which was 82K plus R12709 which was 27K I also
checked C14710 which is a .01 at 1K volts, I Checked Capacitor C4402,
(PN 237490) and CR14402 (PN198596)
I also checked the horizon driver transformer for shorts between the
primary and secondary. and all the other Diodes as well. Any way, I am
burnt out on this set, and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check or change CR14122 I have had those S/C
Check the regulator Transistor and related components.

Does it blow immediately? If not, does it run hot before failure?

(remove S for email reply)
 
Remove the transistor and start the set , verify proper regulated B+ to the
collector pad. If it's too high........boom!

Thanks for all the help, but I found the problem, The picture tube was
bad. I couldn't even get the filaments to glow with an independent power
supply.

In the future, I should probably think about testing the tubes before
anything else, that was an expensive learning experience. Not to mention
the wasted time. Ouch!
Thanks any way every one. Just for the archives, I found that R12709
(27K) was cracked, and it's value decreased to about 8K. it sits next to
the flyback.
