It's a common practice when an eBay trader is out of stock, to increase
the price and reset it when new stock is aquired. Saves having to pull
and reset the advert and lose search placings rank.

It's a currency conversion errror in their software. You can see the
wall brackets sold for $13.99 not $1,399
