I want to assign output of BRLSHIFTER to input of the same then
what changes should i made into ".vhf" file

if what you want to do is to is to assign the input of the "barrel
shifter", BRLSHIFTER, i believe you can make the input/output as
INTERNAL SIGNAL from which INPUT/OUTPUT connects.
