cornerRun() saves only one analysis

Hi,
i am running several analyses using cornerRun() in this manner:

analysis('ac ... )
desVar section
corSetMeasExpression() section
cornerRun()
cornerMeas()

analysis('tran ... )
desVar section
corSetMeasExpression() section
cornerRun()
cornerMeas()

the problem is that only transient data is saved properly. When i
checked ac data
through calculator's browser i found out that it was set to 0 and not
just was
missing. AC analysis alone runs just fine. Does anybody have an idea
what is the
cause of the problem and how to fix it?
