Which cordless phones have one button memory recall of numbers? At least 3
of them, but 6 would be nice.

Byt "one button memory recall" I mean you just hold down key for more than
a few seconds and it dials the number, ie. no need to press [MEM] and a
memory location key.

thanks

Hey Brent,
Personally I use a Sanyo Tebura (clt 9655) which is a few years old now and
I know the technology has changed heaps but this has never let me down. Has
great reception, comfortable to hold, 10 memory and 3 autodial buttons.
That's about the best I can help.
Take it easy.
PAUL.

Just bought the Panasonic DECT 422 bundle (2 handsets) and that has
nine "Hot Keys" - you press a number and then press Talk. Very easy
and quick really...

Thanks Max, thats just the sort of thing I'm looking for.

I'm surprised this seems to be the only phone that does it.

Dont really need 2 handsets but if thats all there is thats fine, what
price is it?

thanks

Nope, thats pretty common with Panasonic cordless phones
and is arguably a better way to do it than just holding the button
down for a longer than usual time because it allows you to
inspect the number that will be called before hitting the call button.

Tho that is arguable, they could have chosen to display the
number that will be called after a reasonable time of keypress
and make the call when you keep holding it for longer etc.

You can buy it separately as the 420. And the
410 is available too, no answering machine.
That particular offer is quite attractive for two to.

thats fine, what price is it?
$229

I see my local Australia Post has the Panasonic TCD 400 on special for $89.

Flyer says it has 9 station hot key dialling.

Anybody know if this a good phone?

The price is certainly right.

Brent,

You might want to checkout the new Uniden WDECT 2310 phone.

Has the speed dial feature you seek and is an amazing phone feature and
range wise.

Got it last week when Myer had it on special for $119.00, not sure if its
still that price.

It's apparently an improved version of DECT and found it had twice the
range of a previous Panasonic DECT phone I've owned.
