G'Day, can anyone identify the correct connections for this three wire
jack (Example: Is the jack tip for microphone or speaker positive)? TIA

A lot of those provide a source of DC voltage on the "mic" pin,
expecting to power a FET-amplified condenser microphone. Measuring with
a voltmeter could give you a couple of hints.

The tip is 'usually' mic + but would depend on the brand/model.
