Hello,
I want to model CPW line in Cadence virtuoso. I don't have ADS or Sonnet. I want to use this CPW line with my created schematic of ferroelectric varactor in Virtuoso. This CPW line is needed for the simulation that I want to do in Cadence ADE.
First, I want to do it with analoglib. In analoglib, there are tline or mtline components. In mtiline component, if I choose "type of input" as "Fieldsolver" then I get extra option "Transmission line type" and I can choose "coplanar". But how to use that accurately to create generic model that I can use in schematic to do the simulation of my circuit? Is there anyone who can help me?
