Cooling Fans

I have an audio video rack and each device will be running at
different times. I would like to place a sensor on/in each unit that
will turn on a fan when it reaches a certian temp. If I could have a
fan change speed as the unit gets hotter or cooler that would be cool.
LCD read outs would be a plus!

Look on PC building and accessory sites.
Fan controllers that fit on a front panel are not very expensive.
