Cold Heat Soldering Iron

$19.99 plus s&H

http://rapidresponse.directtrack.com/z/23560/CD2024/&dp=321031
************************************

A perfect demonstration of how the gullible and their money are soon
parted
the cordless, quick-heat/quick-cool application
of Cold Heat technology, the Cold Heat soldering tool revolutionizes the
soldering industry for The gulliable, DIY-ers, Managers, electricians,
Cretins and other Fools who would believe a spamming Rectal passage.

The Cold Heat Soldering tool, winner of the prestigious Red Dot
international design competition has a number of benefits over the
traditional soldering iron, including:

Cordless / battery operated
Heats and cools almost instantly
which means that the tip does not have sufficent Thermal capacity to melt
solder immediatly which results in thermal damage to components - having to
hold the tip on the joint for longer.

--reaches 800°F in about 1 second
Provided the appropriately called 'tool is not actually in contact with a
soldered joint at the time (like we said with no thermal capacity it can
heat up very quickly - to heat up a solder joint OTOH takes as long as a
normal soldering iron to heat up i.e. 30 Seconds by which time the component
is completely stuffed)

Uses 4
replaceable alkaline AA batteries Over 700 joints per battery pack - more
if you have a good dealer or Grow your own.

Very safe--tip hot only during active soldering Tip heat indicator (red
light)
Replaceable tip included; other tip shapes available Independent lighting
function
Convenient carrying case included

Don't delay

I've purchased from thinkgeek before. Never again though.
Crap product, crap packaging, cuntstomer service pretty
much consists of "ignore them and they'll go away".

Run screaming.

I've known people to get over 1200 joints from a single $2.00 cigarette
lighter. ;o)

Cheers,
