Converting CB to hailer or intercom

I have a couple of CB radios and I was wondering if I could convert one such
that I could install it on the flybridge of my boat and have it broadcast to
a speaker placed inside the cabin of my boat. I would not need to use it
for any other purpose and the speaker could be hardwired. Anyone able to
tell me if it can me done and how to do it?

Many CB's had a PA function. Just add a speaker to it!
